
Weybourne is an old coastal settlement situated about three miles north of Holt. Lower Byre lies within the village Conservation Area and provides a cosy base from which to explore and enjoy the varied aspects of North Norfolk. Coastal and country walks, sailing, bird watching, fishing, golf and horse riding are all catered for nearby. Within walking distance of the property there is the beach, village shop, an amazing pub with its own restaurant open 7 days a week.
Lower Byre is a two-storey barn conversion comprising two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, bathroom with shower over bath, large living area, kitchen and small galleried study/bedroom area. The property is very well equipped including electric cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer, toaster, all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, ironing board and iron. Colour TV/DVD and CD player/radio in lounge. Towels and bed linen are supplied free of charge. There is a small garden with furniture and barbeque and an off road parking space. The “Coastal Hopper” local bus service runs through the village.
